My name is Jaime Dantas, and I am a Computer Engineer. Currently, I work as a Software Engineer in the biggest bank of South America where I design, implement, and maintain systems in a highly available, real-time distributed platform. I also founded FIIZ TAX and documented my journey here. I have been working in the finance industry for over three years now, and during this time I could take part in many projects regarding smart payments, banking systems and financial transactions. In addition to my career as a Software Engineer, I worked as an Electronics Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer, and Instrumentation and Control Engineer in a wide range of industries such as the aerospace, energy and telecommunication.
I developed a wide range of engineering skills throughout my academic and professional career.
As an engineer, I love to solve problems and to develop new technologies. Research, performance and efficiency are embedded in my DNA.
